# 3 vs PC

The clearest difference is update cadence: PC at every 7 months against 3's every 73 months. 3's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

3 ships an update every 73 months, PC every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
