# B12 App vs Superchat

B12 App and Superchat both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of Superchat's written reviews are positive against 35% of B12 App's. Superchat also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). B12 App's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 10). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Superchat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. B12 App asks for nothing beyond the download.

B12 App holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: B12 App has 1.8K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of B12 App's written reviews are positive against 89% of Superchat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

B12 App ships an update every 3 weeks, Superchat every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
