# OffBlock vs Flight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: OffBlock at 48% against Flight's 0%. OffBlock also leads on rating (4.8 vs 1.0) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OffBlock sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Flight sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OffBlock holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OffBlock has 104 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of OffBlock's written reviews are positive against 0% of Flight's.

OffBlock ships an update every 2 months, Flight every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
