# OffBlock vs Trivali

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Trivali at none against OffBlock's 4. Trivali also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). OffBlock's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (102 vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OffBlock sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Trivali asks for nothing beyond the download.

Trivali holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OffBlock has 102 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

OffBlock ships an update every 2 months, Trivali fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
