# FYD vs TH FPV

The clearest difference is rating: FYD at 3.1 against TH FPV's 2.4. FYD also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (91 vs 19). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FYD holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 91 and 19 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of FYD's written reviews are positive against 23% of TH FPV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FYD ships an update every 2 weeks, TH FPV every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 14, 2026.
