# Shortnotes vs NoteMe

The clearest difference is ads: Shortnotes at none against NoteMe's shown. Shortnotes also leads on device support (4 vs 2). NoteMe's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shortnotes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and NoteMe sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
