# Event Countdown vs Countdown@

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Countdown@ at 37% against Event Countdown's 0%. Countdown@ also leads on ratings volume (39K vs 108). Event Countdown's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Event Countdown sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Countdown@ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Event Countdown holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Countdown@ has 39K ratings behind it against 108, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Event Countdown's written reviews are positive against 37% of Countdown@'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
