# Event Countdown vs TimeCount

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TimeCount at 79% against Event Countdown's 0%. TimeCount also leads on ratings volume (24K vs 108). Event Countdown's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Event Countdown sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TimeCount sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Event Countdown holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeCount has 24K ratings behind it against 108, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Event Countdown's written reviews are positive against 79% of TimeCount's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
