# GTU MCQ vs Pharmingo

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pharmingo at 100% against GTU MCQ's 41%. Pharmingo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months). GTU MCQ's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and in-app purchases (none vs 8). On price, ratings volume and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pharmingo sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. GTU MCQ asks for nothing beyond the download.

GTU MCQ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of GTU MCQ's written reviews are positive against 100% of Pharmingo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GTU MCQ ships an update every 3 months, Pharmingo weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
