# Hg vs Runners Delivery

The clearest difference is rating: Hg at 4.3 against Runners Delivery's 2.5. Hg also leads on ratings volume (259 vs 2). Runners Delivery's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 47%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hg holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hg has 259 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Hg's written reviews are positive against 83% of Runners Delivery's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hg ships an update every 2 weeks, Runners Delivery every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
