# GhostTalk vs Ghost Finder Tools

The clearest difference is rating: GhostTalk at 3.9 against Ghost Finder Tools's 3.1. GhostTalk also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 360). Ghost Finder Tools's advantage is iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GhostTalk holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostTalk has 1.8K ratings behind it against 360, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of GhostTalk's written reviews are positive against 44% of Ghost Finder Tools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GhostTalk ships an update every 5 weeks, Ghost Finder Tools every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
