# Darakwon vs 디시인사이드

The clearest difference is rating: Darakwon at 2.8 against 디시인사이드's 2.1. Darakwon also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). 디시인사이드's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (98 vs 4). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Darakwon holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 디시인사이드 has 98 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Darakwon's written reviews are positive against 29% of 디시인사이드's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Darakwon ships an update every 8 months, 디시인사이드 every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
