# EDUCANET vs Notes+

The clearest difference is rating: Notes+ at 4.7 against EDUCANET's 1.5. Notes+ also leads on ratings volume (3.2K vs 2) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). EDUCANET's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 35) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes+ sells 35 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. EDUCANET asks for nothing beyond the download.

Notes+ holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Notes+ has 3.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

EDUCANET ships an update every 3 weeks, Notes+ every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
