# iAccess 3 vs finder borescope

The clearest difference is review sentiment: finder borescope at 29% against iAccess 3's 11%. iAccess 3's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months) and rating (2.5 vs 2.2). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iAccess 3 holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 2.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 13 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of iAccess 3's written reviews are positive against 29% of finder borescope's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iAccess 3 ships an update every 5 weeks, finder borescope every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
