# QuickChek vs Cosimo's

The clearest difference is rating: Cosimo's at 4.9 against QuickChek's 3.2. Cosimo's also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). QuickChek's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 17 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cosimo's holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QuickChek has 849 ratings behind it against 109, so its average is the more settled of the two.

QuickChek ships an update every 2 months, Cosimo's every 17 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
