# Divoom vs VTube Studio

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Divoom at none against VTube Studio's 1. Divoom also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 2.6K). VTube Studio's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 44%) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VTube Studio sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Divoom asks for nothing beyond the download.

Divoom holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 12K and 2.6K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Divoom's written reviews are positive against 60% of VTube Studio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Divoom ships an update every 3 weeks, VTube Studio every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
