# MySudo vs EE Cyber Security

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: EE Cyber Security at none against MySudo's 8. EE Cyber Security also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). MySudo's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 8 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MySudo sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. EE Cyber Security asks for nothing beyond the download.

EE Cyber Security holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MySudo has 16K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of MySudo's written reviews are positive against 21% of EE Cyber Security's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MySudo ships an update every 3 weeks, EE Cyber Security every 8 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
