# GoToMyPC vs LaundryHQ

The clearest difference is update cadence: LaundryHQ at every 2 days against GoToMyPC's every 5 months. GoToMyPC's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GoToMyPC ships an update every 5 months, LaundryHQ every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
