# TLC Practice Exam vs PermitParty

TLC Practice Exam and PermitParty both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of PermitParty's written reviews are positive against 41% of TLC Practice Exam's. TLC Practice Exam's advantage is ratings volume (112 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TLC Practice Exam sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and PermitParty sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PermitParty holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TLC Practice Exam has 112 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 41% of TLC Practice Exam's written reviews are positive against 100% of PermitParty's.
