# Electro vs KTSA

The clearest difference is ads: Electro at none against KTSA's shown. Electro also leads on review sentiment (32% vs 0%) and ratings volume (134 vs 2). KTSA's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 3.1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

KTSA holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Electro has 134 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Electro's written reviews are positive against 0% of KTSA's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Electro ships an update every 6 months, KTSA every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
