# InstantCert CLEP vs CLEP Practice Test Prep

The clearest difference is monetization model: CLEP Practice Test Prep at free against InstantCert CLEP's subscription. CLEP Practice Test Prep also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). InstantCert CLEP's advantage is review sentiment (11% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InstantCert CLEP sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per month and CLEP Practice Test Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
