# Ballderdash vs VectorDash

The clearest difference is update cadence: VectorDash at every 4 days against Ballderdash's every 2 months. Ballderdash's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ballderdash sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and VectorDash sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ballderdash ships an update every 2 months, VectorDash every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
