# Beautiful Lock vs PrismSplit

The clearest difference is ads: Beautiful Lock at none against PrismSplit's shown. PrismSplit's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Beautiful Lock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PrismSplit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Beautiful Lock ships an update every 5 months, PrismSplit fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
