# Promark GPS vs Deerc GPS

The clearest difference is rating: Deerc GPS at 2.8 against Promark GPS's 2.5. Promark GPS's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (16% vs 8%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Deerc GPS holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 163 and 41 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Promark GPS's written reviews are positive against 8% of Deerc GPS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Promark GPS ships an update every 9 days, Deerc GPS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
