# Call Record NOW vs Call Recorder ● The clearest difference is rating: Call Record NOW at 4.3 against Call Recorder ●'s 3.9. Call Record NOW also leads on ratings volume (2.2K vs 93). Call Recorder ●'s advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them. Both are free to download. Call Record NOW sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Call Recorder ● sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters. Call Record NOW holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Call Record NOW has 2.2K ratings behind it against 93, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Call Record NOW's written reviews are positive against 31% of Call Recorder ●'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about. Call Record NOW ships an update every 3 weeks, Call Recorder ● every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026. ## The numbers | Metric | Call Record NOW | Call Recorder ● | | --- | --- | --- | | Price | Free | Free | | Rating | **[4.3 (2.2K ratings)](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/call-record-now/id1240424929/reviews)** | [3.9 (93 ratings)](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/call-recorder/id1459108480/reviews) | | Number of ratings | **2.2K** | 93 | | Positive reviews | 29.2% of reviews | **31.3% of reviews** | | In-app purchases | Yes | Yes | | Ads | No | No | | Update frequency | Every 3 weeks | **Every 10 days** | | Monetization | Free with in-app purchases | Free with in-app purchases | | Size | 25 MB | 61 MB | | Requires iOS | 16.6 | **10.0** | | Devices | iPhone | **iPhone, iPod** | | Age rating | 17+ | 4+ | | Developer | [Callcentric, Inc.](https://appshunter.io/developer/454823206) | [Songsong Shu](https://appshunter.io/developer/1483301631) | ## What reviewers say ### Call Record NOW [App page](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/call-record-now/id1240424929) Easily record all your incoming and outgoing phone calls with unlimited usage.
