# Call Record NOW vs Call Recorder App

The clearest difference is rating: Call Recorder App at 4.7 against Call Record NOW's 4.3. Call Recorder App also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). Call Record NOW's advantage is review sentiment (29% vs 6%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Call Record NOW sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Call Recorder App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Call Recorder App holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2.2K and 3K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Call Record NOW's written reviews are positive against 6% of Call Recorder App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Call Record NOW ships an update every 3 weeks, Call Recorder App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
