# Monkey Ropes vs Lava Royale

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Lava Royale at none against Monkey Ropes's 14. Lava Royale also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (67% vs 48%). Monkey Ropes's advantage is ratings volume (29K vs 18) and rating (4.6 vs 4.4). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Monkey Ropes sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Lava Royale asks for nothing beyond the download.

Monkey Ropes holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Monkey Ropes has 29K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Monkey Ropes's written reviews are positive against 67% of Lava Royale's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
