# Invitation Maker vs Invitation Maker

The clearest difference is monetization model: Invitation Maker at free with in-app purchases against Invitation Maker's subscription. Invitation Maker also leads on review sentiment (70% vs 54%) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). Invitation Maker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11K vs 850). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Invitation Maker sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Invitation Maker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Invitation Maker holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Invitation Maker has 11K ratings behind it against 850, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 54% of Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 70% of Invitation Maker's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
