# Invitation Maker vs Invitation Maker Wedding Cards

Invitation Maker and Invitation Maker Wedding Cards both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 54% of Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 0% of Invitation Maker Wedding Cards's. Invitation Maker also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (11K vs 205). Invitation Maker Wedding Cards's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Invitation Maker sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Invitation Maker Wedding Cards sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Invitation Maker Wedding Cards holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Invitation Maker has 11K ratings behind it against 205, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of Invitation Maker's written reviews are positive against 0% of Invitation Maker Wedding Cards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Invitation Maker ships an update every 3 weeks, Invitation Maker Wedding Cards every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
