# Messages and Chat Export PDF vs EmojiKidz

The clearest difference is rating: Messages and Chat Export PDF at 4.5 against EmojiKidz's 2.8. Messages and Chat Export PDF also leads on ratings volume (4.2K vs 8) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 7 months). EmojiKidz's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Messages and Chat Export PDF sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. EmojiKidz asks for nothing beyond the download.

Messages and Chat Export PDF holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Messages and Chat Export PDF has 4.2K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Messages and Chat Export PDF's written reviews are positive against 40% of EmojiKidz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
