Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: OKKAMI at 69% against TAGTHAi's 23%. OKKAMI also leads on rating (4.0 vs 1.6) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). TAGTHAi's advantage is ratings volume (28 vs 4) and iOS requirement (14 vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
