# Fitamin vs Derang

The clearest difference is rating: Fitamin at 3.6 against Derang's 1.0. Fitamin also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (29 vs 1). Derang's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (50% vs 39%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitamin sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Derang asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fitamin holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fitamin has 29 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Fitamin's written reviews are positive against 50% of Derang's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fitamin ships an update every 6 days, Derang every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
