# Pharmazone vs MyFitWorld

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pharmazone at none against MyFitWorld's 13. Pharmazone also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 5). MyFitWorld's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyFitWorld sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Pharmazone asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pharmazone holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2.
