# Lốc Lốc vs Desktop Browser™

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Lốc Lốc at none against Desktop Browser™'s 1. Lốc Lốc also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Desktop Browser™'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 9 months vs every 98 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Desktop Browser™ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Lốc Lốc asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lốc Lốc holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Desktop Browser™ has 44 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Lốc Lốc's written reviews are positive against 100% of Desktop Browser™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lốc Lốc ships an update every 98 months, Desktop Browser™ every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on September 19, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
