# FORapp PRO vs Selfrun

The clearest difference is update cadence: Selfrun at every 5 days against FORapp PRO's every 6 weeks. FORapp PRO's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FORapp PRO ships an update every 6 weeks, Selfrun every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
