# Link Lines vs Connext

The clearest difference is ads: Link Lines at none against Connext's shown. Link Lines also leads on iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.1). Connext's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Link Lines ships an update every 2 months, Connext fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
