# LapTrophy vs ACL23 Sim Racing, Setups & ELO

The clearest difference is rating: LapTrophy at 4.8 against ACL23 Sim Racing, Setups & ELO's 4.2. LapTrophy also leads on ratings volume (283 vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). ACL23 Sim Racing, Setups & ELO's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LapTrophy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and ACL23 Sim Racing, Setups & ELO sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LapTrophy holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LapTrophy has 283 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of LapTrophy's written reviews are positive against 100% of ACL23 Sim Racing, Setups & ELO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LapTrophy ships an update every 3 months, ACL23 Sim Racing, Setups & ELO every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
