# Cockpit ITSM vs SITPOS

The clearest difference is update cadence: SITPOS at every 3 weeks against Cockpit ITSM's every 2 months. SITPOS also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cockpit ITSM ships an update every 2 months, SITPOS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
