# Curbngo vs Rocket Slice

The clearest difference is ads: Curbngo at none against Rocket Slice's shown. Curbngo also leads on ratings volume (688 vs 41) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Rocket Slice's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Curbngo against 5.0 for Rocket Slice. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Curbngo has 688 ratings behind it against 41, so its average is the more settled of the two.
