# TradeCloud Metal vs Proof TAB

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TradeCloud Metal ships an update every 3 months, Proof TAB every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and September 19, 2026 respectively.
