# AviationInSky vs thmanyah

The clearest difference is rating: thmanyah at 4.6 against AviationInSky's 3.9. thmanyah also leads on ratings volume (1.3K vs 7) and chart position (#171 vs unranked). AviationInSky's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (33% vs 18%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. thmanyah sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. AviationInSky asks for nothing beyond the download.

thmanyah holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: thmanyah has 1.3K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of AviationInSky's written reviews are positive against 18% of thmanyah's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
