The clearest difference is ads: Secure VPN Super Proxy | VeePN at none against VPN's shown. Secure VPN Super Proxy | VeePN also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and chart position (#180 vs unranked). VPN's advantage is ratings volume (79K vs 5.7K) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.2). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Secure VPN Super Proxy | VeePN sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and VPN sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
