# yDrives vs XOi Vision

The clearest difference is rating: yDrives at 4.2 against XOi Vision's 2.7. yDrives also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). XOi Vision's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (33% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. yDrives sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. XOi Vision asks for nothing beyond the download.

yDrives holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XOi Vision has 113 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of yDrives's written reviews are positive against 33% of XOi Vision's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

yDrives ships an update every 5 weeks, XOi Vision every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
