# RemoteLock vs Arivon

The clearest difference is rating: Arivon at 5.0 against RemoteLock's 2.1. RemoteLock's advantage is ratings volume (49 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Arivon holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RemoteLock has 49 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
