# Auto Photo Camera vs Continue Camera

The clearest difference is rating: Auto Photo Camera at 4.4 against Continue Camera's 2.8. Auto Photo Camera also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months). Continue Camera's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 14%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Auto Photo Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Continue Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Auto Photo Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 35 and 52 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Auto Photo Camera's written reviews are positive against 40% of Continue Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Auto Photo Camera ships an update every 10 days, Continue Camera every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
