# note vs Memo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Memo at every 10 days against note's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Memo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

note ships an update every 2 months, Memo every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
