# Blankit vs Narrative

The clearest difference is rating: Narrative at 4.4 against Blankit's 1.0. Narrative also leads on ratings volume (51 vs 1) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). Blankit's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (10.2 vs 15.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Narrative sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Blankit asks for nothing beyond the download.

Narrative holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Narrative has 51 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Blankit ships an update monthly, Narrative every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
