# CrazyStone DeepLearning vs Gomoku Quest

The clearest difference is ratings volume: CrazyStone DeepLearning at 1K against Gomoku Quest's 29. CrazyStone DeepLearning also leads on review sentiment (71% vs 62%). Gomoku Quest's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.7) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CrazyStone DeepLearning sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Gomoku Quest sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gomoku Quest holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CrazyStone DeepLearning has 1K ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of CrazyStone DeepLearning's written reviews are positive against 62% of Gomoku Quest's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CrazyStone DeepLearning ships an update every 2 months, Gomoku Quest every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
