# ConstructionOnline vs BidTorch

The clearest difference is rating: BidTorch at 5.0 against ConstructionOnline's 3.5. ConstructionOnline's advantage is ratings volume (15 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BidTorch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ConstructionOnline has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ConstructionOnline ships an update every 3 weeks, BidTorch every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
