# MacrosFirst vs Alpine Yoga

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Alpine Yoga at none against MacrosFirst's 9. Alpine Yoga also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs weekly). MacrosFirst's advantage is ratings volume (23K vs 2) and chart position (#98 vs unranked). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MacrosFirst sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Alpine Yoga asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for MacrosFirst against 5.0 for Alpine Yoga. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MacrosFirst has 23K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
